I was looking for a particular vehicle that had been modified for a wheelchair driver that was clean and had low miles. I searched the internet and found it in Mobility Partners of Houston LLC’s inventory. I studied the photos online and ordered the car fax. I had never bought a car unseen from the internet but I called and Rick spent over an hour answering my questions and I asked to see a video of the ramp in action and within an hour I was watching it work without a hitch. By the end of the week they had it delivered to NJ by flatbed. I was very happy with my purchase then while filling out the forms to register it my puppy ate most of the title and the DMV laughed me out of the building when I showed them what was left of it. I called Rick to see if they could help and he said they had a woman who knew about titles and the DMV. Lisa was fantastic and reached out to the state that issued the title that vehicle was from and within a few weeks sent me a replacement title and now my Honda Element is registered.
